One of the many projects that have kept me busy lately has been my iMacquarium. I haven't been able to find a site with plans or tips so I buckled down and made one from scratch.
I documented the build and I put together a quick-and-easy plan for modding an original iMac. Also, I successfully added a few cool modifications without changing the form factor and those neat touches have been documented as well.
I'll have the plans and everything up on the site in a few weeks (code takes time), but for now, here's a picture.

Yes, the red iMac was the prize from the modding contest last year. At first it looked like a "white elephant" but now I'm enjoying it.
