The "secure" version of the Help Viewer that comes with the recent security update is 2.0.6 (v.111.3). It replaces version 2.0.4 (v.111) from OS X 10.3.3.

It is found at this path: System/Library/CoreServices/Help Viewer.app

I'm not recommending this, but if someone is running a version of the operating system that is incompatible with the security update installer, they may be able to make use of a copy of the updated "secure" Help Viewer from a friend.
